Bus Information

Tuba City Boarding School has two regular afternoon bus runs.  DK-2nd grade bus riders leave the bus area at 2:50 each school day.  3rd-8th grade bus riders leave at approximately 3:30 p.m.  There are also late bus runs for students in after school tutoring programs.  For Morning Pick-up routes, or other problems, contact David Chee at (928) 283-2330 ext. 247.

Temporary Changes/Permanent Bus Changes

When a child is changing a bus route for several days, a note, signed by the parent or guardian must be received at the Lower Academic or Upper Academic Administration office by Noon on the first day of the change.  Each child in a family needs a note.  The note needs to state the address, or directions, to the temporary/permanent location and the name of the person receiving the child.  PHONE CALLS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED TO CHANGE A BUS.  Please indicate if it is a temporary or a permanent change.

Late Students

If your child does not arrive home at the expected time, please check to be sure your child is not in an after school program.  If your child is not in an after school program, please call the school at (928)283-2330 the secretary will be able to assist you.  We can contact the bus drivers or  the teacher.
